The location was really good. I could easily walk to many attractions. The reception staff was attentive and efficient, always greeting guests with a smile. The doormen were helpful with luggage and directions, and i always felt welcome. The breakfast area shone with beauty. It offered a selection that was wonderful.

The gym might benefit from newer equipment. Perhaps some additional weights would be useful.

My Beautiful Double Room included a comfortable king-sized bed. I appreciated blackout curtains. These allowed for restful sleep. A mini-bar stocked with beverages and snacks was available. I was always happy with the prompt housekeeping service.

I stayed in a superior double room. it was very clean and well maintained, i must say. the team was friendly and fulfilled all my wishes. I loved that. dinner in the restaurant was wonderful. i especially enjoyed the great location.

The hotel is hot even with the heating turned off. the room was unbearable. This was somewhat disappointing.
